Many doctors claim that swimming is the healthiest sport and eagerly prescribe it. Swimming is not only fun, above all it is one of the most versatile and safe sports for general development!
Swimming once, twice, three times will improve your aerobic fitness, overall health and well-being and have a positive impact on the proportions of your body.
The benefits of regular swimming :
Shapes the body by involving virtually all muscle groups at the same time without burdening the joints, develops fitness , improves lung capacity
