Trenning easier and faster!

I mentioned to you on the first page of the advantages of swimming but also warned you that if you do not work out the correct technique is the wrong attitude and unbalanced movements can lead to overloading. In my classes with me to watch on the appropriate instruments will also be training. Not only is the place except the wrong moves but also speed up your progress.

Because I just remember that learning to swim is simply put: elimacja unnecessary and science and consolidating the right moves – That’s all!

What are the instruments?

FOREARM FULCRUM

Achieve an Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) and increase stroke efficiency with the Forearm Fulcrum. An EVF position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, from the fingertips to the elbow. When using the Forearm Fulcrum for stroke refinement, it promotes muscle memory of the proper hand, wrist and forearm position. Gain efficiency and maintain a strong, uninterrupted pull from the very beginning to the end of the stroke. The Forearm Fulcrum is beneficial for all four competitive strokes.

RAPID MONOFIN

The Rapid is a recreational monofin designed for teenagers and adults. Using a large single-blade, swimmers will learn a proper undulation in the water and obtain a great core and leg workout. The Rapid’s flexible blade makes swimming more enjoyable as users can swim at greater speeds and depths. A versatile monofin, the Rapid can be used in a pool, lake or ocean and comes with an adjustable heel straps that can be fitted to men’s US shoe sizes 8 to 12 or women’s 9-13. FOAM PULL BUOY

Helps develop upper body strength and proper alignment in the water during your workout. The buoy is held between the legs to neutralize the kicking motion and increase upper body strength.

TECH TOC

The Tech Toc is a simple training tool worn around the waist that provides swimmers with instant stroke feedback and ensures proper hip position during all four strokes. Made of a plastic capsule, the Tech Toc utilizes a ball bearing and acoustic amplifiers in order to create a sound as the device is tipped from side to side. This audible feedback lets swimmers hear and feel hip movements and notify them of proper hip rotation and undulation. Utilizing the hips and core muscles is one of the best ways to create an efficient stroke. The Tech Toc also has a Delay Setting which delays the ball bearing, forcing swimmers to exaggerate hip training. 

Benefits
Rotation is one of the most commonly used descriptors while coaching freestyle and backstroke. The person who is able to swim “tall” in the water is someone who maximizes their rotation and makes themselves as long or tall as they can be from the tip of their big finger to the bottom of their opposite big toe. The timing of the rotation is absolutely critical in achieving maximum enlistment of core strength, which translates to more power and more distance per stroke.

AGILITY PADDLES

The ergonomically advanced design of the Agility Paddles helps teach swimmers the correct palm positive hand position. Due to the paddles strapless design, incorrect technique will cause the paddle to fall off the swimmer’s hand. The Agility Paddles’ convex design also promotes an early catch and reminds the swimmer to maintain an early vertical forearm position. ALIGNMENT KICKBOARD

The Alignment Kickboard has a hydrodynamic design that improves streamline and body position. By incorporating a stabilizing hand strap, swimmers can control the board without gripping, creating a perfect alignment from the finger tips to the toes. When used, the Alignment Kickboard sits just below the water line so swimmers can lengthen their body without kicking at an incline. Shorter in design, the Alignment Kickboard puts less pressure on the shoulders as compared to standard kickboards. A great training tool, the board can be used to do one arm and side kicking drills in addition to normal kicking. The Alignment Kickboard is comprised of a sturdy foam material for durability, and has a lightweight structure for easy travel. Use the Alignment Kickboard with a snorkel in order to concentrate on head alignment and improve technique.

The fluid separator located on top of the fin, allows your foot to easily slice through the water while reducing fatigue on the down kick and quads. Whereas the flex box, located on the bottom of the fin, helps you catch the water on your up kick, targeting and strengthening your hamstrings and glutes.
